After sales warranty service
After 10 years of the installation on one my sliding doors the door lock broke .After contacting service they send to my home Mr Jimmy Mejia ,a very knowledgeable technician who was able to do fix the problem in short time and he even did the alignement of the sliding door and screen door. He was extremely corteous answering all my questions. I'm very happy.

Mi casa en la actualidad tiene las protecciones shutter panel y en realidad no necesitaba las ventanas de seguridad para la casa. Sin embargo, mientras Anthony Martinez nos presentaba los beneficios de las ventanas yo pensaba dos cosas: 1) La seguridad de mi familia. Nosotros hemos migrado hace poco tiempo a EEUU y NUNCA hemos pasado la experiencia de un huracán en Miami, conozco por las conversaciones con amigos y familiares que la experiencia de pasar un huracán en Miami no es muy agradable por los ruidos, peligrosidad entre otros factores, a esto se suma que mi esposa María Isabel es extremadamente nerviosa y odiaría ver que pase una experiencia pésima con los huracanes que a la postre es algo que vamos a pasar en algún momento. 2) Anthony Martinez no fue un vendedor, un vendedor vende piedras, pero una piedra no deja de ser una piedra por más adornada que esté la piedra, Anthony Martinez fue un consultor de seguridad que presentó un producto que se alineaba con mis necesidades y solucionaba las preocupaciones que tenía para una experiencia (los huracanes en Miami) que vamos a tener que pasar me guste o no. A que estoy obligado como jefe de familia? A ofrecer seguridad a mi familia y si debo producir más, pues lo haré con gusto porque estoy cumpliendo con mi función que mi buen Dios me ha encomendado. Hoy 2/1/22 empezaron la instalacion del techo. Antes nos explicaron el como seria el proceso . Llegaron a la hora indicada con el equipo y el personal necesario, Hasta este momento estamos muy satisfechos.
