SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT

As an Entry-Level Purchasing Representative, you will work in a fast-paced and fun environment to accurately order materials to expedite our installations throughout the state of Florida. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and numbers, keen learning skills and application of hands-on training, and versatility in adapting to changes.

Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing activities as they relate to replacement windows and doors or bathroom installs for customers, including those which may require HOA approvals
- Interpret job orders correctly, order products to exact specifications and place orders for supplies or replacements when needed
- Tally product expenses, and keep accurate records of purchases and fulfillment progress timetables
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 1-2 years' experience working in an administrative support setting in accounting, finance, or purchasing preferred
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Excellent skills in accounting or mathematics
- Proficient computer skills to include Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual skills in Spanish- a plus
