The Permit Runner will work closely with the Permit Coordinator and Operations Team to put together permit packages for the replacement of residential windows and drive to local building departments in Broward County to submit and obtain approvals.

Experience Requirements
- 2-3 years' permitting experience
Qualifications
- Clear and precise oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver's license and personal, reliable vehicle
- Bilingual in Spanish- preferred
