Phone Sales Representative - FHIA Remodeling Careers

The Phone Sales Representative is responsible for working in the heart of our contact center's Marketing Department. Our team manages both outbound and inbound calls in a fast-paced environment and strives to achieve superior customer service while also arranging complimentary product demonstrations for homeowners state-wide.

Responsibilities: - Work in a high performance team to deliver an advanced level of quality and service in all daily activities; - Data entry and verification with accuracy; - Communicate with potential and existing customers statewide in an effective and professional manner; - Place outbound calls to cold leads in our own database; - Arrange a free in-home consultation on one of our eco-friendly home improvement projects

Qualifications: - Experience in marketing, phone sales, or retention- preferred; - Excellent computer and typing skills with attention to detail; - Ability to work from home with a Windows-based PC if needed; - Strong work ethic; - Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve issues; - Must be computer savvy; - High school diploma or equivalent; - Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish- a plus!
